Amy Grace Jacobs

Amy Grace grew up as an Air Force brat, moving all over the country for a majority of her life. She ended up in Colorado, where she attended three different high schools due to moving around. In 2015, she graduated from high school in Buena Vista, CO. She attended Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, CO, graduating in December of 2018 with a B.A. in Communication and a minor in Psychology. Just one month later she married her husband, PJ, who was in the Army, and joined him where he was stationed in Fort Bliss, TX. They lived there until Fall of 2022. At this point, PJ separated from the Army and they found their way to Belgrade, MT. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their cat, Matcha, as well as experiencing the beautiful Montana outdoors by running and hiking. Amy Grace joined the Rehability team in early 2023. She is excited to be involved in the Belgrade community and to build relationships with all who walk through the doors!
