Neurologic Rehabilitation

We at Rehability offer neurologic rehabilitation related to a variety of nervous system conditions; those that are the result of injury (such as spinal cord injuries); structural disorders (such as strokes), congenital disorders (such as Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, or Muscular Dystrophy), degenerative disorders (such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), or functional disorders (such as seizures). As with our other clients, we carefully and thoroughly assess the patient’s functional status and personal goals. We develop an individualized program to enhance the patient’s functional potential and maximize his/ her comfort, function, and independence. We utilize some combination of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, functional training, and patient (or care-giver) education/ home programming. As always our goal is to achieve the highest functional potential for return to work, life, and play—and to do this in a cost effective manner.
